Built To Spill - May 8,9 - 9:30, the fan presale for this show has already started, and has not sold out yet.  You can get the username and password for the presale by registering at the web site.  I would post it here, but I don't want to draw the ire of the psychotic DCist commenters that go apeshit every time they disclose the mere existence of a presale.  Anyway, I'm going both nights and cannot effing wait for this show.

FV - sorry, I should have specified that this list includes only live shows, and not awesomest 80's dance party nights ever.

MA - I always like seeing Dinosaur, but the $30 ticket price screams "we're running out of money, let's do another tour where we play songs we wrote 15 years ago." But I'll probably go anyway.

Smash - I will be at Monopoli as well.

Chip - I was just looking through the 930/Black Cat shows.
