One thing that never ceases to send me into a fit of violent rage is when people put cute, motivational sayings in the signatures of their emails.  You know, something like "When we accept tough jobs as a challenge and wade into them with joy and enthusiasm, miracles can happen."  Ugh, even typing that made me want to kick myself in the balls.  Well, anyway it reminded me of my favorite mock inspirational poster, which says "Motivation - If A Pretty Poster And A Cute Saying Are All It Takes To Motivate You, You Probably Have A Very Easy Job.
